Choices Made and Received

Howwww Dayyyyy

Don't ask me what that means, every time I hear howdy, it echos in my brain and hours later it sounds like howww dayyyy howww dayyy. And if you've seen the movie, The 13th Warrior, it takes on the voice of that guy yelling 'ooo day' calling from the ship in that foggy land place. *starts thinking about the 'fire vwerm'*.

Well... guess I just explained it then. o_O Moving on.

I think I've decided what apartment I'm going to move to. But they, like every other freaking apartment around here, only accept 2 pets. That's it. I have two chihuahuas and a cat. They are my kids. My babys. I have to have all three. My brother hates my animals. He's not going to feed or look after my cat. Garrrrr...

Only thing I can do is sneak the cat in later. Buster is 10 years old. Garfy is 9. Cinnamon is almost 2.

Ugh. I'd willingly sign a contract saying I will pay for cleaning and repair of anything my animals mess up if they'd willing accept all my pets. Hey, I even want some fish to add to the equation. I don't think they like fish either. -.-

But anyways, I believe the apartment decision is made. I also finally got in the money for insurance. They gave my brother way more than me, cuz' they decided to pay the funeral home out of my half. Both were checked for funeral home properly. I made sure of that. Idiots, but my bro is cool. He'll pay me back.

I went to the Dallas Aquarium after doing some paperwork in downtown Dallas yesterday. I lurved the cats, the hammerhead shark, the penguins, and uh... those cute little monkeys... and the manatees. Yeah. I loved lots of stuff. But it was more of a zoo than an aquarium. A very wet zoo. I thought the whole thing would be like the couple of tunnels they had. But it was more of a rain forest set up with bats and birds and reptilian creatures.

OOooooooh, the huge gigantian cat fish were the neatoest things. When we were above the manatee tank looking down we were seeing the cat fish. But we were also seeing something weird under the water fall. (We had no idea the tank was so deep.) I could have sworn I was seeing some white ghosty things down there and we were waiting forever for them to come up. We were staring and staring, and then I could have sworn I saw a person down there. Maybe someone was cleaning the bottom of the tank. Then when we were several floors down, we ran into the tank, saw the cat fish hanging out up by the surface, and saw the diver feeding the manatees and someone talking about them on a microphone. It was a scheduled show. So we stayed down there a long time watching them after the show too.

Check out the manatee cam at that site. You may not see them, but the fish and turtles will swim by. That's awesome. Haha. Those really weird hook nosed fish are cat fish and one's a bass if it has scales. They're weird. The video is fine for dialup, I'm having no problems. But watch!

You know, one of the funnest things, actually, was watching that diver cleaning the tank up a bit after feeding the manatees. Oooh, watch him kick his legs... watch him swing his net thing... watch him dump the debris by the surface. Lol.

I did lots of stuff this week. Hrm. But that's my news. Ciao.

Currently: Barely paying attention to the geneology videos I just got at the library... apparently.
